Bribe case to police officer

Why don’t increase their salary?

So they will work hard

So they won’t accept bribe!

After increase their salary ( maybe double up )

But double punishment should give to who still do it again.

But…..

After double up their salary(maybe more)

More and More Chinese and Indian will joint to become police officer/soldier

So this will make bolehland worry!!!

So Govt will not increase their salary

So they decide to make more income (maybe from bribe)

And the robbery case will never end….

90/10 Principle

Discover the 90/10 Principle

It will change your life (at least the way you react to situation ).

What is this principle? 10% of life is made up of what happens to you.90%of life is decided by how you react.

What does this mean? we really have no control over 10% of what happens to us.

We cannot stop the car from breaking down. The plane will be late arriving,which throws our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic.

We have no control over this 10%. The other 90% is different. You determine the other 90%.

How?.......By your reaction.

you cannot control a red light.but you can control your reaction.Don't let people fool you;You can control how you react.

Let's use an example.

You are eating breakfast with your family.Your daughter knocks over a cup of coffee onto your business shirt.You have no control over what just happened.

What happens next will be determined by how you react.

You curse.

You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the cup over. She breaks down in tears. After scolding her,you turn to your spouse and criticize her for placing the cup too close to the edge of the table. A short verbal battle follows. You storm upstairs and change your shirt. Back downstairs, you find your daughter hae been too busy crying to finish breakfast and get ready for school. She misses the bus.

Your spouse must leave immediately for work. You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school. Because you re late, you drive 40 miles a hour in a 30 mph speed limit.

After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you arrive at school. Your daughter runs into the building without saying goodbye. After arriving at the offive 20 minutes late, you find you forgot your briefcase. Your day has started terrible. As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse. You look forward to coming home.

When you arrive home, you find small wedge in your relationship with your spouse and daughter.

Why? ... Because of how you reacted in the morning.

Why did you have a bad day?

A) Did the coffee cause it?

B) Did your daughter cause it?

C) Did the policeman cause it?

D) Did you cause it?

The answer is "D".

You had no control over what happened with the coffee. How you reacted in those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day.

Here is what could have and should have happened.

Coffee splashes over you. Your daughter is about to cry. You gently say, "Its ok honey, you just need to be more careful next time". Grabbing a towel you rush upstairs. After grabbing a new shirt and your briefcase, you come back down in time to look through the window and see your child getting on the bus. She turns and waves. You arrive 5 minutes early and cheerfully greet the staff. Your boss comments on how good the day you are having.

Notice the difference?

Two diffrent scenarios. Both started the same. Both ended different.

Why?

Because of how you REACTED.

You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens. The other 90% was determined by your reaction.

Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle. If someone says something negative about you, don't be a sponge. Let the attack roll off like water on glass. You don't have to let the negative comment affect you!

React properly and it will not ruin your day. A wrong reaction could result in losing a friend, being fired, getting stressed out etc.

How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic? Do you lose your temper? Pound on the steering wheel? A friend of mine had the steering wheel fall off. Do you curse? Does your blood pressure skyrocket? Do you try and bump them?

WHO CARES if you arrive ten seconds later at work? Why let the cars ruin your drive?

Remember the 90/10 priciple, and do not worry about it.

You are told you lost your job.

Why lose sleep and get irritated? It will work out. Use your worrying energy and time into finding another job.

The plane is late; it is going to mangle your schedule for the day. Why take outpour frustration on the flight attendant? She has no control over what is going on.

Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger. Why get stressed out? It will just make things worse.

Now you know the 90-10 principle. Apply it and you will be amazed at the results. You will lose nothing if you try it. The 90-10 principle is incredible. Very few know and apply this principle.

The result?

Millions of people are suffering from undeserved stress, trials, problems and heartache. We all must understand and apply the 90/10 principle.

It CAN change your life!!!

Then come Ahbeng turn :
Interviewer : How much is your tender price Ahbeng?
Ahbeng : 2 millions only sir!
Interviewer : ok tenkiu you may go home now, we will get in touch with you later.

Then come Ahlee turn :
Interviewer : How much is your tender price for this project Ahlee?
Ahlee : 3 millions sir!
Interviewer : 3 millions?? why so high???!!
Ahlee : well ... you see sir ... you gimme 3 millions right? 1 million is for you then 1 million is formyself and the last million i use to employ Muthu to do the job la!
Interviewer : WOKEH CHUN! You got the project!

He said the media should not try to create too much sensation or glorify news too the extent the extent of getting people excited and involved in crime!!!

Not to break traffic regulations

On Friday Star paper

Our Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy said ministers must advise their drivers to be law-abiding citizens and not break traffic regulations, adding that some drivers were found speeding or parking their cars hap-hazardly.

He also admitted to being one of the ministers with outstanding fines which reported that Chan had 14 summonses committed from March 1999 to May this year, totaling RM1, 710.

How our Transport Minister Datuk CKC advise Malaysian citizens not to break traffic regulations since he himself can’t advice his driver not to break traffic regulations!

Or may be CKC himself to break the traffic regulations!

As a Transport minister, he himself must give an example to Malaysian citizens must not to break the traffic regulations.

On the list published online by the traffic police department:-

Yesterday I received my latest TNB bill

I was so surprise of the figure

Because normally my bill only cost about RM80-90

But this month archive to RM150

So I go and check my TNB meter

I found out they wrong written

My meter was 25603

But the bill was 25803

6 become 8

So today I call TNB ( 15454 )

They ask me to call KEDAI TENAGA ( 77843844 )

No body picks up the phone

They saying the line were busy

So I recall again

Then somebody pick up the phone

Then I told them regarding the bill problem

So they passed my line to another line (maybe technical department)

But I wait more than 15 minutes still nobody pick up the phone

So I recall again but I still need to wait 10 minutes

After that their provide a very good service

But my question is why I need to wait 15 + 10 minutes

What service is that?

What there are doing in that time?

I think I need to read some book

Regarding how to create a blog

Because my blog look very simple

if compare to others

ok lah

I will go and buy some book to read

Already more than one week I didn’t post any blogs.

May be I crazy about football

But this few week my friend using my computer

So I got no time to using it

I still remember what I had been ask in my current company interview

There not asking some technical problem

But asking if this company hire you

But later another company offers you better

So what you do?

I said it is not easy to suit a new environment

You need to know about your company

Your company profile, administration, system and all collages

So I won’t simply change a new job except it is necessary

That’s why I work in my ex-company for 7 years

So at last he hired me

Already three years work in this company

And it is the time to change again

Last week my two friend’s “Kembara” stolen

This week another friend’s “Kembara” stolen

Actually all of them are from same company

So all “Kembara” from this company was stolen

This three “Kembara” was bought from a same Peradua subsidiary

I was thinking this subsidiary already do something in this car

If not why three of “Kembara” was stolen in a short period

Or

May be the demand this type of car are very high in black market

And this thief was very skillful

They only take few minutes to take away your car

So be careful of your luxury car not only “Kembara”

And please lock your car probably

Bank ATM's Converted to Steal IDs of Bank Customers

A team of organized criminals are installing equipment on legitimate bank ATM's in at least 2 regions to steal both the ATM card number and the PIN. The team sits nearby in a car receiving the information transmitted wirelessly over weekends and evenings from equipment they install on the front of the ATM (see photos). If you see an attachment like this, do not use the ATM and report it immediately to the bank using the phone on the front of the ATM.

The equipment used to capture your ATM card number and PIN are cleverly disguised to look like normal ATM equipment. A "skimmer" is mounted to the front of the normal ATM card slot that reads the ATM card number and transmits it to the criminals sitting in a nearby car.

At the same time, a wireless camera is disguised to look like a leaflet holder and is mounted in a position to view ATM PIN entries.

The thieves copy the cards and use the PIN numbers to withdraw thousands from many accounts in a very short time directly from the bank ATM.

Both of the car was stolen

One was happen half year ago

One was happen today afternoon

I was thinking what happen in Malaysia

Is that no safety in Malaysia?

Is that a lot of people cannot “cari makan” in Malaysia?

Is that our police officer or government lazy or… ?

So what can we do?

Yesterday I talk about management

Today I will talk about retrenchment

My boss retrenches some workers on year 1997

The balance of workers than cut paid 20%

All workers must voluntary sign up cut paid letter

This happen because of whole world in economy crisis

This year

My boss may be will retrenches some workers

The balance of workers will be cut paid

This internal information are heard from a very senior manager

This is due to our projects stop work and slows down

What I thinking is

If worker was retrenched,

Does our boss pay the worker according to labour law?

The worker who cut paid

Is that labour law protecting them?

May be I still don’t know about labour law

May be this is labour law in Malaysia

Which law to protecting bosses!

Ha Ha ! I want post 2 blogs today so this week I already achieved what I promise.

I work in a listed company.
Our boss we called him Datuk.
Our boss has a lot of workers.
A lot of Managerer, Engineers, Accountant and etc.
But what the problem is
Our management system was very bad.
Until sometimes I don’t even know report to whom!
And what is my scope of work?

Sometimes I will very free
Sometimes I will very very busy
A lot of projects I need to handle
And normally these projects must handle by few workers
But only I handle it

I don’t mind handling too much works
But sometimes some problem will occur
But I don’t know where I can get help

May be this is management in Malaysia

So,Chan ! since you are mastering in management
I hope one day you will change whole management system in Malaysia

Starting from today I will post at least twice a week.

Today is a very free day for me because my girl friend gone out look for friend.

So I will be very free. Yesterday, I have a tea with Chan and David.

We talk about Education in Malaysia.

We all agreed that regarding the Government hired the graduated student from our university but jobless until now to become teacher in our school are not a good idea.

If you children are in that school! Your children future will in trouble.

Think that they are graduate from our Very Good University but until now they still jobless, so how they going to teach your children?

If your children then graduate from The University also, how is their standard?

How they found a proper job?

Is this education in Malaysia

If government insist to do that,

Malaysia education will drop until lowest level.
